You can listen to these presentations in two ways:

1. Click on them and they will stream.
2. Right-click and choose "Save target as..." and save them to your computer.  This will result in the smoothest playback.

The picture is fairly small in order to keep the files sizes small. If you have a dial-up internet connection, you will probably find that it is least frustrating to use option #2 above.
